We’re the ones brewing bone broth on the stovetop, lathering up with tallow, and reading ingredient lists like our lives depend on it (because sometimes, they do).
We’re mamas, makers, and truth-seekers who trust in the body’s innate wisdom. We lean into nature, follow ancestral ways, and believe that simple, intentional living can change everything. We’re not perfect, but we’re present. And we know that being “crunchy” isn’t just about food or skincare, it’s a way of tuning back into what’s real.
Why We Created This Space
This space was born out of frustration, intuition, and deep healing. After years of dealing with chronic skin flares, gut imbalances, and advice that just didn’t land, we turned inward, toward food as medicine, toward removing irritants, and toward truly listening to the body.
We learned that eczema isn’t just skin-deep, that gut health holds the keys to so much more, and that modern wellness has made things far too complicated. So we simplified. We stripped it all back to basics: meat stock, mineral-rich fats, no sugar, no fluff, and no band-aid fixes.
Crunchy Life Australia exists to share what we’ve learned, support others walking similar paths, and hold space for those unlearning, relearning, and reclaiming their health. You’ll find practical tools here, soul-deep chats, and a big dose of "trust your gut" energy, literally and energetically.
